This would ensure that the product is made on the same quality and standards as those made through domestic manufacturing, but the cost of production would be considerably cut. Outsourcing in the Asian countries would also open the doors to Asian market to them where they had a good chance of developing their stronghold. Hence, they developed their soccer manufacturing market in Pakistan, and contracted with Faisal Sports in Sialkot. However, in this region, that is India, Pakistan, and Bangladesh, there have been extensive cases of child labor. Faisal Sports was discovered to be involved in this act, and so Panther Sports terminated its contract with this contractor. Given the nature and gravity of this illegal act, Panther Sports is at risk of losing its future consumers, and its hold in the Asian Market.... of Panther sports in this conflict, and recommendations can be given to solve this problem, the business perspective has to studied. This involves discussing the structure and infrastructure of multinational companies, their responsibilities and duties as set by many codes and instructions by authorities, the methods of their operations concerning outsourcing in other countries, a look at the stakeholders theory and the risks that Panther Sports runs. Business organizations and companies are viewed as independent entities and virtual citizens of a state. These organizations are held independent of their staff, and hence, the staff, on any level, will not be charged of any crime if the organization fails to fulfill its duties or violates any code of conduct. The organization itself will face the consequences, and the owners themselves will not be held responsible. Whereas the companies are not entitled to solve every problem faced by the communities in which they have their plants, they are demanded to make sure that any issues created as a direct or indirect influence of the company, whether primary or secondary, be solved by that company, and that their business procedures do not violate the norms of business ethics and the standard set regulations (Freeman 2002). The lack of such similarities implies that there is a synapornorphy with more crownward tetrapodomorphs. The genus Eusthenopteron also differs from the later Carboniferous tetrapods basing on the apparent absence of some recognized larval stage and the definitive metamorphosis. But on the even smallest known specimens of the Eusthenopteron foordi, when it attains a length of 29mm, the lepidotrichia is able to cover all the fins, which on the contra ry do not happen with after metamorphosis occurs in the genera like Polyodon. This has the implication of stating that Eusthenopteron developed directly, with its hatching already managing to attain the general body of the adult species. This therefore implies that Palaeospondylus gunni might not have been the larva of Eusthenopteron. The author responds to these claims about Eusthenopteron with some sort of analysis. There are emerging issues that now, nearly 20 years of which this subject has undergone a renaissance; there is much enriched fossil record to draw implications from. Their reactions sometimes get me thinking about just how much Arabic can mean to students, and just how the teaching has also taught me a lot. Far from being a monotonous chore, teaching Arabic is a daily source of surprise and insight for me. As such, it seems to me the vignette is the best way to represent these everyday startling things. Also, I have had this startling exchange with some students in my mind that I wanted to share. It seems from the texts the vignette is the best way to captur e these exchanges. The vignette is essentially story-telling, and I do have this story to tell, one of many actually. The vignette is supposed to capture the essence of something that strikes me, and this indeed is what I want to convey. There is something striking about what really motivates some of my students to study Arabic intently. It is not for the reasons that I thought they had. Moreover, from where I am coming from, it is the opposite of what I expected from students coming from a wealthy country. The vignette is the perfect vehicle to transmit this sense of being surprised that things are not what they seem as far as my students are concerned and what motivates them. Mode of Use of the Vignette The text prescribes a way to go about writing and sharing experiences via the form of the vignette. This paper follows that prescription in a series of steps. The mode of use is the application of the instructions to narrate some classroom exchanges between me and my students. The focus is on the reasons that students choose to apply themselves very hard in order to learn Arabic. The vignette is sued to be able to bring out the insights into the motivations of the students. The texts describe vignette-writing as a process with specific elements. The important thing here is that this current paper made use of the commentary feature of the vignette, so that I may share my insights into the surprising responses of my students regarding what motivates them to learn Arabic and attend my class. Sample of Collected Data This exercise made use of data collected from responses to the questions on motivation that were administered to members of another class. For this I was able to get the good cooperation of the teacher of the other class, Qassem. The objective was to gauge what motivated the members of that other class to study Arabic. I then compared their responses to the questions on motivation with my own observations in my class. The Vignette- Teaching Arabic My vignette is a story that I want to share relating to some interesting experiences during my time teaching Arabic as secondary language for Americans and immigrants of Arabian descent. This has been the focus of my action research so far, and I find it to be a very fulfilling experience. Everyday I learn something new and surprising. Moreover, I can see a little of myself and my struggles in the struggles of my own students learning Arabic.
